The TSAF 204 Extension Arm is an alternative top mounting for the rope-type Vertical Lifeline System. According to the catalogue, it allows climbers to remain connected to the trolley even at the ladder termination, so the connection is maintained while stepping on or off at the top of the climb.
The arm is made from SS-316 with a natural finish. It is 1.75 m long and weighs 6.7 kg. It is used in place of the standard mounting bracket that uses two ladder rungs, where the site layout calls for the lifeline to extend above the top of the ladder. TsaF confirms the suitable top arrangement during system design.
