The TSAF 200 Vertical Kit is the core assembly of the rope-type Vertical Lifeline System. It is made from SS-316 stainless steel with a natural finish, and it is fixed to the ladder or structure through SS-304 fasteners. The catalogue lists a breaking strength of 35 kN and a weight of 3.5 kg.
In a rope-type installation the kit works with the 8 mm stainless steel wire rope (TSAF 108), the cable guide intermediate brackets (TSAF 201) and the climber's rope grab and karabiner. It is used on fixed ladders on wind turbines, communication towers, chimneys, warehouses and oil storage tanks. TsaF engineers confirm the kit configuration, mounting position and ladder interface for each site during system design.
