Full body harness inspection checklist
A record sheet for pre-use and periodic harness checks. It covers webbing, stitching, D-rings, buckles, the fall indicator, the label, lanyards and connectors, with a pass or fail for each and a final fit-for-use decision.

Lifeline system inspection log
An inspection log for permanent lifelines. It lists the components to check, such as anchors, brackets, the cable, tension, the energy absorber and the shuttle, and keeps an inspection history for the system. Use it for a horizontal life line system, a vertical life line system or an overhead life line system.

How to use these templates
- Adapt them to your own site rules, permit system and the equipment manufacturer’s instructions.
