A fall protection system protects people only while it remains in good condition. Weather, corrosion, roof works and everyday use all take their toll. Our Annual Maintenance Check is designed to ensure continued safety, support compliance, extend service life and minimise downtime.

Use this form to tell us which systems are installed at your site, when they were installed and when they were last inspected. Our service team will review the details, confirm the inspection scope and agree a convenient date with you.

During the visit, our technicians inspect each system against a checklist for that system type and record their findings. You receive a report with any corrective work recommended, giving your EHS team clear records for audits.

Systems that have arrested a fall, been damaged, or been affected by roof works should be checked before further use, even if an annual inspection is not yet due. Mention this in the form so we can prioritise your request.
